We believe Jesus has something to say about the divisions of our time. In fact, not only did he say something, he did something. At the heart of the good news of Jesus is the power of the cross. Through his death and resurrection, all things are being reconciled and set to right: God and humanity, male and female, black and white, rich and poor, heaven and earth, and yes, even Republican and Democrat.
As a church, we exist to embody this message through our love for one another and for those around us. Our mission is to advance equity and racial reconciliation through education, advocacy, meeting food insecurity needs, cultivating the practice of hospitality, and by helping the faith community to be more effective in this work. We need each other and hope you will join us in this mission.
